The purpose of this research was to explore the relationship between transformational leadership phychological empowerment, and innovative work behavior. Data for this research was collected from 187 organization’s employees working in the services industries in Pakistan. Structural equation modeling was utilized to test hypothesis. The findings revealed that transformation leadership and empowerment were significantly related to innovative behavior. Findings also suggest that the transformational leadership has a positive impact on the empowerment of the employees. For developing innovative work behavior in employees, organizational leadership must struggle for getting the employees’ trust in the organization, by empowering them with decision making authority to show innovative behavior.
