The study has tried to identify the effect of financial crises on economy of Pakistan. The major objective of this research was to examine the casual relationship between economic growth, inflation rate and foreign debt. The study also highlights the solidity relationship between indicators of financial crises. Co-integration test has been applied in this study. The findings showed that there is stability relationship in economic growth and other factors.
